I am Dr. Peter F. Hugger, a German national with a diverse professional background. Over the course of approximately 30 years, I had the privilege of holding leading and C-level positions in the reinsurance industry across Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, and Switzerland. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to gain invaluable insights and experience in various international settings.

I spent a significant part of my life, precisely 17 years, living and working in Asia. The exposure to different cultures and business practices in this region enriched my understanding and sharpened my skills in navigating the global reinsurance landscape. However, in 2011, I made the decision to return to Switzerland, where I continue to contribute to the industry.

In addition to my extensive reinsurance career, I also devoted nearly 10 years to the software consulting industry. This experience provided me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and business, which has proven valuable in an increasingly digital world.

Since 2019, I have had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors of Saudi Re, a prominent player in the reinsurance sector. This role allows me to contribute my expertise and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Overall, my journey has been one of continuous learning and growth, spanning multiple continents and industries. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and remain passionate about making a positive impact in the reinsurance and consulting sectors.
