✅ Validation of our Product Footprint Engine: check!

The validation was performed by GUTcert GmbH according to ISO 14064-3:2019-04 requirements.

Our own bottom-up process for calculating emission factors (meaning the values relating the quantity of emissions released to the atmosphere with activities associated with the release of those emissions) fulfills the relevant methodology requirements for determining a product carbon footprint according to the "cradle-to-gate" assessment approach in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol  – Product Life Cycle Accounting & Reporting Standard.

GutCert validates that the emission factors used for the calculation are derived from published information and/or credible sources.
