How does the sustamize license work?

Sustamize offers a yearly named-user license with flexible packages tailored to team size and the level of CO₂e database access required.

Sustamize provides access to its CO₂e databases and automated PCF tools through a yearly named-user license. Each license is assigned to an individual and unlocks the databases and tools included in the selected package. This model ensures clear access rights, transparent usage, and consistency across your sustainability, cost engineering, procurement and product development teams.

Sustamize offers three main subscription tiers — Essentials, Standard, and Pro — as well as Enterprise licensing for organizations with larger teams and expanded needs.

Essentials – For teams starting with PCF calculations

Ideal for organizations beginning their carbon transparency journey, Essentials provides access to core CO₂e databases including Materials, Logistics, and Energy. Optional add-ons such as the Production or Consumer Products database allow teams to scale their PCF capability as needed.

Standard – For automated PCF workflows

The Standard package includes all core databases and unlocks powerful automation tools:

  • Matcher (included) – AI-powered material and component mapping
  • Assembler (included) – ISO 14067-compliant PCF creation
  • Interpreter (included) for advanced workflows

This package is ideal for organizations wanting to accelerate and standardize their PCF processes.

Pro – For advanced modeling and enterprise-grade reporting

The Pro package includes all Standard features, enhanced by full access to PCF Consulting, Data Extraction capabilities, extended datasets, and optional developer licenses. It is ideal for companies with complex products, high-volume PCF workflows, or compliance obligations such as CSRD, CBAM, and Scope 3 emissions reporting.

Why named-user licensing?

Each user receives dedicated, stable access to all included data and tools, ensuring:

  • secure, role-based access
  • predictable budgeting and license tracking
  • consistent workflows for each user
  • audit-ready compliance for sustainability reporting
