Sustamize provides dynamic CO₂e databases across energy, logistics, materials, & production to support product & supply chain footprinting.
Sustamize provides one of the most comprehensive and dynamic CO₂e database ecosystems available for Product Carbon Footprinting (PCF) and Scope 3 analysis. Our databases are designed to give companies fast, accurate, and audit-ready emissions data across materials, electronics, logistics, energy, and production processes. Each database helps close critical data gaps and enables automated, scalable carbon transparency for manufacturing and supply chain–driven organizations.
Below is an overview of the CO₂e databases we offer and how we ensure they remain accurate and up to date.
The Electronics Database provides CO₂e emission factors (kg CO₂e/kg) for a wide range of electronic components. It includes 41 main electronics classes and 852 detailed subclasses, covering everything from semiconductors to sensors and integrated circuits. This database allows companies to easily assess the carbon footprint of electronics-heavy products and benchmark emissions across components.
Our Energy Database includes CO₂e values (g CO₂e/kWh) for electricity mixes in over 160 countries and regions, including OECD, EMEA, US regions, and Chinese provinces.
It contains two major components:
This allows companies to model accurate regional Scope 3 emissions and understand how geographic energy sourcing affects their product footprints.
The Logistics Database contains emissions data for global transportation and packaging:
The packaging module provides CO₂e values (kg CO₂e/unit) for a wide range of packaging materials, supporting footprinting for intermediate, shipping, and final product packaging.
The Materials Database includes CO₂e values (kg CO₂e/kg) for a broad range of materials, including:
Values are available for 160+ countries, and emissions factors reflect material shape (granulates, sheets, hollow profiles, solid profiles). For metals and alloys, values are based on lifecycle studies, chemical composition, and relevant manufacturing processes such as smelting and ore processing.
The Production Database consists of three core datasets:
This database enables companies to calculate emissions from factory operations and production technologies with high accuracy.
Sustamize updates its databases through a combination of updates twice a year, continuous additions, and periodic recalculations depending on how frequently new data becomes available. In addition to regular updates, our datasets undergo continuous validation, completion, and expansion cycles to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Reliable, up-to-date CO₂e data is essential for:
Sustamize ensures companies always have access to the most relevant and accurate data to support compliance and data-driven sustainability decisions.
