About me

We are the sum total of our experience (Thomas Gilovich) - and as Customer Success Lead and co-founder of sustamize, I can combine all my experience and knowledge to enable climate transformation together with our customers and partners.
I have a degree in business education, I am a trainer (workshop facilitator) and was able to gain my first leadership experiences during my studies in the NGO AIESEC. In my professional career I specialized in advising and supporting change processes, HR-IT implementation projects and process optimization. I first dealt with the topic of sustainability in my private life, then as COO of worldwatchers, and now in advocating sustainability in our solutions and supporting our customers and partners.
