Matcher
The AI-powered BoM mapping tool. It automatically connects company-specific material descriptions and ERP entries to the correct CO₂e emission factors in the sustamize database — even when naming conventions are inconsistent, abbreviated, or incomplete. The Matcher eliminates the most common bottleneck in PCF preparation: manual data harmonization. It includes an optional validation layer that evaluates the appropriateness of each match for the specific PCF application, improving confidence in results and reducing downstream correction work.

Interpreter
Processes unformatted or incomplete Bills of Materials — including files that haven't been pre-cleaned — and returns matched materials with corresponding CO₂e factors. Companies can upload BoM exports directly from ERP systems without manual reformatting, enabling faster onboarding of new product data.

Assembler
The high-volume PCF creation module. It builds full Product Carbon Footprints from structured BoM inputs, following ISO 14067-aligned modeling steps across the chosen system boundary (cradle-to-gate, cradle-to-grave, or cradle-to-cradle). The Assembler guides users through transparency, reproducibility, and documentation requirements, and supports high-volume creation across entire product portfolios. It also integrates into digital product workflows via API.

MPN Search
Enables direct lookup of electronic components by Manufacturer Part Number (MPN), returning verified CO₂e emission factors for semiconductors, PCBs, capacitors, connectors, displays, and other electronic parts.
